By default, scenarios in Planner are only available to the user who created the scenario until that user chooses to provide read-only access to a particular scenario.  To make a read-only copy of your scenario available to other Planner users you need to do the following:

1. Open the scenario you want to share with others.
2. Click on Vintage Information from the three bar settings icon in the upper right hand corner.
3. In the Vintage Information dialog check the box for “Share this scenario (read only) with other Planner users”.

Once you’ve shared your scenario other Planner users will be able to open them in read-only mode.  Once they’ve opened the scenario they would then have the option to make a copy of the scenario by choosing the “Copy this Scenario” from the Scenario Options menu.
